Who We Are
Strata Surveying & Retrofit Ltd (Company No. 13998046) was established to provide institutional property managers, registered social landlords, and framework main contractors with a high-capacity, dependable field delivery partner.
Originally trading in compliance engineering since 2019, our business operates with over 3,000 completed property inspections to date. We hold accreditations across NICEIC, TrustMark, Elmhurst Energy, ECMK, Quidos, and Sterling Accreditation, ensuring seamless regulatory compliance across all UK funding mechanisms (SHDF, ECO4, Decent Homes).
Our Technical Leadership
Our field operations are headed by qualified Building Surveyors and accredited Energy Assessors. Our technical lead holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Kingston University and is actively progressing along the RICS APC pathway toward formal Chartered status, ensuring structural pathology and component lifecycle data meets the highest institutional standards.
