1. Introduction & Company Information

These terms and conditions govern your use of the website stratasurveying.co.uk and establish the baseline terms for preliminary quotation requests with Strata Surveying & Retrofit Ltd (Company Registration No. 13998046, VAT No. 522443910), whose registered office is at 75 Lucas Avenue, Harrow, HA2 9UH.

2. Commercial Instructions & Engagement

Formal surveying, retrofit assessment, and compliance contracts are governed by our written Instruction Schedules, Framework Subcontract Agreements, and standard B2B Data Processing Agreements (DPA). In the absence of an overriding written master agreement, survey instructions are accepted subject to our standard commercial conditions.

3. Field Delivery & Staff Engagement

To maintain scalable capacity across London and the South East, Strata delivers property surveying and inspection services through qualified surveyors engaged either directly or on a vetted subcontract basis under standard PAS 2035 and RdSAP accreditation pathways.

4. Limitation of Liability & Insurances

Strata maintains comprehensive insurance policies including:

• Professional Indemnity Insurance: £2,000,000
• Public Liability Insurance: £5,000,000
• Employer's Liability Insurance: £10,000,000

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any individual instruction schedule or website advisory content shall be limited to the total professional fees paid under that specific instruction, except in matters where liability cannot legally be limited under English law.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
