• Tenant & Resident Survey Data: Resident names, contact phone numbers, appointment logs, property addresses, and access outcome records supplied by instructing housing associations, local authorities, or landlords for the legitimate performance of survey instructions.
• Technical Data & Photos: Geotagged photographic records of property building fabric, HVAC equipment, insulation, and electrical installations captured strictly for statutory EPC lodgement (Elmhurst, ECMK, Quidos, Sterling), PAS 2035 TrustMark compliance, and stock condition reporting.
